Clinical Coordination Manager

About the role

The Clinical Coordination Manager leads the Clinical Coordination team to ensure accurate, fully‑filled provider schedules across all markets. This remote, full‑time position provides operational oversight, training, workload balancing, and continuous improvement to maintain schedule reliability and patient flow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Clinical Coordinators through clear priorities, delegation, and performance reviews.
• Monitor 0‑14‑day schedules, identify capacity gaps, and proactively address scheduling risks.
• Ensure accepted treatment and new‑patient backlogs are actively worked according to provider availability and market zoning.
• Track and escalate scheduling barriers such as medical clearances, insurance verification, and lab‑case concerns.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of recurring barriers and implement workflow or SOP improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, including system optimization and automation in CareStack and Healier.
• Support onboarding, competency development, and a collaborative culture focused on service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a scheduling or coordination team in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify operational gaps and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple departments.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining visibility and accountability for team performance.
