About the role
The Clinical Application Training Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for clinical application users at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This role supports faculty, staff, and students by ensuring effective use of clinical software and improving patient care outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials for clinical applications.
- Conduct classroom and hands‑on training sessions for diverse healthcare audiences.
- Assess learner competency and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to align training with workflow needs.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on program effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application users.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, education, or a related field.
- Experience in clinical application training or instructional design.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
