Clinic Manager - Gastroenterology

About the role

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Manager for its gastroenterology clinic. The manager will oversee daily staffing, operations, and strategic initiatives to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day staffing and business needs of the gastroenterology clinic.
• Support development and execution of strategic plans, including recruitment, marketing, outreach, research, and financial initiatives.
• Oversee clinic operations to maintain patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Foster physician satisfaction and employee engagement through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies and quality standards.
• Lead hiring, development, retention, and performance management of staff.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics; recommend and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with service line leaders to optimize care integration and enhance patient experience.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Business or Healthcare field, or equivalent experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Minimum two years of management/supervisory experience and two years of medical office or healthcare experience.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR systems.
• Proficiency with business technology equipment and systems.
