Client Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, relationship‑driven Client Success Manager to join our Dallas team. The role focuses on building and expanding client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, and driving revenue growth in the IT services and AI space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage a book of business with a focus on retention, renewals and upsell opportunities, conducting regular business reviews.
• Own the client onboarding experience and coordinate seamless hand‑offs from sales to project delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics such as NPS, CSAT and engagement, and resolve escalations quickly.
• Represent ISHIR at networking events, industry groups and company‑hosted roundtables to generate referrals and warm leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client success, account management or enterprise sales, preferably in IT services or software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships at all organisational levels, including C‑level.
• Structured execution mindset with the ability to follow through on initiatives while remaining adaptable.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities to drive account growth.
• Availability for evening networking events and travel within the Dallas area.
