Client Solutions Associate

About the role

Arcana Analytics is looking for a Client Solutions Associate to work directly with hedge funds and asset managers. You will help clients resolve analytical and operational issues, support onboarding, and ensure successful use of our portfolio intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, issues, and platform support requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client problems across portfolio analytics, data workflows, and platform functionality.
• Support onboarding and implementation projects for institutional investors.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, operations, and risk teams to understand workflows and answer analytical queries.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams to investigate and escalate complex issues.
• Improve internal support processes, documentation, and client workflows.
• Identify recurring pain points and provide feedback to enhance platform capabilities.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of client‑facing, analytical, operations, or support experience in financial services, fintech, or investment technology.
• Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Aladdin, or similar financial platforms (a plus).
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical/programming tools (beneficial but not required).
