Client Service Manager – Dedicated Client Engagement

About the role

Arctiq is seeking a Client Service Manager to act as the single point of contact for a key managed security services client. The role is embedded with the client, providing deep insight into their environment, priorities, and operational rhythm while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, dedicated liaison for the assigned client, building trust and anticipating needs.
• Monitor and report on service performance against agreed SLAs and key metrics.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve security incidents and other client issues.
• Manage service delivery projects and implementations specific to the client’s environment.
• Provide regular updates, security posture reports, and trend analyses to the client.
• Translate client direction into clear, actionable guidance for internal delivery teams.

• Strong client‑facing experience in a high‑expectation, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage demanding stakeholders.
• Comfort operating under pressure and delivering professional, calm responses.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can anticipate and resolve concerns before escalation.
