Client Project Manager – Energy Infrastructure

About the role

The Client Project Manager leads the execution of contracts from award through field commissioning, ensuring cost control, scheduling, engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction meet Enerflex standards and client specifications. The role serves as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams, driving successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for engineering, manufacturing and field construction concerns, building strong client relationships.
• Coordinate and supervise all project activities, including engineering, material requisition, schedule preparation, cost control, delivery, shipping and quality.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, preparing progress reports, forecasts and action plans.
• Control project margins through change order management and monitor schedule timelines.
• Travel to site locations to gather feedback, address commissioning issues and support product operability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in EPC environments.
• BS degree required (Engineering preferred); PE or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong self‑starter with ability to work independently and lead multifunctional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of reciprocating compression packages.
• EPC project management and exposure to fabrication facilities.
• Proficiency with cost‑control and scheduling tools.
• Solid computer/software/programming skills.
• Design experience and thorough knowledge of codes and safety legislation.
