Client Experience Specialist (Remote, Eastern Time)

About the role

The Client Experience Specialist supports real‑estate agents by handling all non‑licensed aspects of a transaction, from contract initiation to closing. Working remotely within the Eastern Time zone, you will ensure a smooth, paperless experience for agents, buyers, sellers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform non‑licensed administrative tasks for agents, tracking contractual dates and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Agent Services department and third parties to gather and verify required documentation.
• Maintain transaction details in the company’s systems and provide continuous updates to agents and clients.
• Serve as the primary point‑of‑contact for all parties throughout the closing process.
• Enter transaction‑related expenses, prepare commission invoices, calculate payouts and resolve discrepancies.
• Update and manage communications with all stakeholders, prioritizing a positive experience.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in real‑estate, mortgage, title administration or transaction coordination.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
