Client Advisor – Car Buying Specialist

About the role

Cartelligent is expanding its innovative car‑buying platform and seeks a motivated Client Advisor to guide customers through the entire purchase or lease journey. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience from first inquiry to final transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client journey by qualifying warm leads, managing each opportunity, and delivering a best‑in‑class experience.
• Drive growth by proactively identifying self‑generated lead opportunities.
• Maintain high client satisfaction while being mindful of profitability.
• Nurture relationships with new‑car dealers, trade‑in partners, and vendors.
• Utilize Salesforce to track progress with each lead and client.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to provide accurate, timely information to other departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales and service experience.
• Proficiency with modern computer systems, including Google Workspace and Salesforce.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and close deals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of the car industry is a plus, but not required.
