Client Account Executive (Healthcare & Life Sciences)

About the role

Kenway Consulting is looking for an experienced professional to lead client engagements within the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) vertical. As a Client Account Executive you will own end‑to‑end delivery, manage stakeholder relationships and drive growth for one or more HLS clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle for client projects, controlling scope, budget, timeline, risks and quality.
• Lead complex business and technology initiatives across life‑sciences, provider, payer and health‑tech domains.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with client stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor project teams, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and professional development.
• Develop and share industry knowledge to strengthen Kenway’s expertise and capabilities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.
• Healthcare or life‑sciences strategy consulting experience (or equivalent industry experience).
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees or certifications in health, science or engineering preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Familiarity with industry platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, Epic and Cerner.
• Understanding of regulatory and data‑integrity requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).
