Class A CDL Heavy Haul Driver – Full-Time

About the role

Crush-It, a custom concrete and asphalt recycling company, is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Heavy Haul Driver to transport company‑owned construction equipment between job sites on a full‑time, year‑round basis.

Key responsibilities

• Operate RGN, lowboy, and multi‑axle/8‑axle trailers to haul heavy construction equipment.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Transportation and Operations teams to ensure smooth equipment moves.
• Apply mechanical knowledge and judgment to support safe transportation operations.
• Share expertise and assist fellow drivers as needed.

Required profile

• Valid Class A CDL (HAZMAT endorsement preferred).
• 3+ years heavy‑haul experience, preferably with RGN, lowboy, and multi‑axle trailers.
• Experience hauling loaders, excavators, and similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers.
• Safety‑conscious, dependable, and professional attitude.
