Infosys is seeking a Claims Process Consultant to support its Healthcare product portfolio in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, shaping product features, and ensuring alignment with customer needs within the healthcare claims domain.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze functional and non‑functional requirements and assess technical feasibility of product features.
- Document and validate customer requirements for development.
- Conduct market studies and competitive analyses to define product requirements.
- Assist in architectural design, technology framework evaluation, and product scalability assessments.
- Create prototypes, define user experience elements, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Develop small features, enhancements, and support development tasks.
- Maintain documentation of development processes and perform quality checks.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare implementation checklists and coordinate with internal teams.
