Key responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and litigate matters from inception to resolution under senior attorney guidance.
• Handle diverse matters such as premises and retail liability, products liability, rideshare liability, construction defect, and commercial auto/trucking litigation.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of civil litigation experience with strong analytical, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage cases involving catastrophic losses, multiple claimants, and fatalities with sound judgment and strategic thinking.

Required skills

• Legal research and writing.
• Depositions and motion practice.
