CIB CPS Sales Analyst – Institutional Sales

About the role

Santander, a global financial services leader, is seeking a CIB CPS Sales Analyst to support its Institutional Sales team. The role involves researching, analyzing and preparing client materials while ensuring compliance and delivering insightful financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyze and prepare support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management.
• Write offering memoranda and engagement letters.
• Analyze companies from financial, operational, competitive and industry perspectives.
• Build complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform transaction due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with policy, legal and federal regulations.
• Research and analyze industry and market data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product development, product management or a related area.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and process‑orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven collaborative teamwork and project management abilities.
