About the role

Parachute Health is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to lead the next phase of scaling its digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies. This executive will act as the strategic growth architect, connecting health plans, suppliers, clinicians, and technology partners to drive predictable, long‑term revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise‑wide growth strategies aligned with the company’s mission and ARR targets.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives for new verticals, services, and market segments, including payor and supplier ecosystems.
• Own pricing and revenue architecture, optimizing models to maximize long‑term ARR growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities across technology, healthcare systems, and payors.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for landmark partnerships, representing Parachute Health in high‑visibility negotiations.
• Collaborate with decentralized teams, influencing cross‑functional execution without direct authority.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in growth, commercial strategy, or business development within health‑tech or related industries.
• Track record of building and scaling predictable revenue engines in complex, multi‑stakeholder ecosystems.
• Strong external gravitas and ability to command executive rooms with health plans, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Strategic patience to drive long‑cycle expansion while maintaining operational discipline.
