About the role
We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function, drive financial planning and analysis, and support growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive financial planning and analysis for the company.
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Lead fundraising and investor relations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and grow the finance team.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership.
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Required skills
- Experience in tech startups.
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience with M&A.
