Chargeback Analyst

About the role

The Chargeback Analyst manages indirect sales submissions (chargebacks and tracings) for key distributors, builds internal and external partnerships, and conducts root‑cause analysis to resolve discrepancies. This role serves as the strategic owner of distributor accounts, handling data processing, relationship management, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming US and Canadian sales data submissions according to distributor schedules, including resubmissions and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and sales leaders to proactively mitigate issues.
• Maintain monthly metrics and reports on submissions, customizing them for stakeholder needs.
• Research and resolve complex chargeback issues, making financial determinations that impact the business.
• Leverage technology such as AI and Power BI to analyze data, improve productivity, and support decision‑making.
• Share performance metrics with leadership and identify trends for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with large data sets and information systems.
• Intermediate‑level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to audit analytics and processes.
• Proven ability to execute tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
