Channel Sales Territory Manager

About the role

ButterflyMX is looking for a Channel Sales Territory Manager to own and grow its integrator and reseller partner network across the Western United States. The role is quota‑carrying, focusing on partner onboarding, deal registration, co‑sell support and quarterly business reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand partner relationships across Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers on the West Coast.
• Drive the three core CTM motions: whale hunting, tier progression activation, and commercial vertical development.
• Identify, pursue and sign target integrators using project intelligence and margin‑focused economics.
• Partner with internal Account Executives on co‑sell motions and maintain accurate attribution in Salesforce.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to partner offices, job sites, trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Existing integrator relationships in the West Coast territory.
• Consultative, relationship‑first sales approach with comfort in multi‑quarter partner development cycles.
• Strong CRM discipline, Salesforce fluency and clean pipeline hygiene.
• Experience selling into commercial verticals such as office, retail, mixed‑use or boutique hospitality.
