CEI Senior Inspector

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled CEI Senior Inspector to lead inspection activities on complex infrastructure projects. You will coordinate lower‑level inspectors, ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and support the delivery of safe, high‑quality construction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage lower‑level inspectors and verification testing across multiple large projects.
• Perform daily field inspections of contractor work, prepare detailed inspection reports, and verify compliance with contract documents.
• Monitor on‑site construction activities, generate daily and weekly progress reports, and review contractor pay estimates for accuracy.
• Conduct field sampling and testing of materials, inspect traffic control devices, and ensure work‑zone traffic control meets client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, support job‑safety practice development, and work flexible shifts as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree in a technical or construction‑related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in construction inspection on complex, large‑scale projects.

Required skills

• FDOT Field Concrete Technician certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• ATSSA Advanced Traffic Control certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
