About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Linehaul Drivers for its Farmington, MN service center. Drivers pull van trailers up to 53' or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations and return home each day.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53' or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Transport freight safely and on schedule.
• Return home daily after deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• CDL Class A with at least 1 year of recent combined driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Minimum age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Capable of bending, lifting, and stooping without difficulty.
• Dependable and safety‑focused.
