About the role
We are seeking experienced CDL‑A drivers for a local lane covering 350 miles in North Hatfield, MA. The position offers competitive annual pay, consistent mileage, and a structured schedule with early start times.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a tractor‑trailer on a 350‑mile local lane, averaging 1,500 miles per week.
- Maintain a daily start time between 1:30 am and 4:00 am and adhere to a 12‑14 hour workday.
Required profile
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
- Provide personal transportation and pass a drug test; drug‑free status required.
- Recent trailer‑driving experience with a clean record (no more than two accidents or violations in the past three years).
Required skills

What we offer
- Annual salary $100,000–$110,000 (USD) plus $0.52–$0.56 CPM.
- Uniforms provided and paid orientation upon hiring.
- Split days off: Sundays and one weekday (not Monday) with a six‑day workweek during peak periods.
