CDL Class A Team Driver – $140k-$160k Salary

About the role

Our Team Drivers are home every week and enjoy immediate PTO upon hire, along with access to exclusive employee resorts. R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers at its Farmington, MN Service Center to pull van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers on scheduled routes between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a weekly schedule of five days on the road and two days at home.

Required profile

• CDL Class A with at least one year of verifiable combined Class A driving experience in the past three years.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Must pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Required skills

• CDL Class A license.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience operating double or triple trailers.
• LTL freight handling experience.
