Cath Lab Registered Nurse – Full-Time with $15K Sign-On Bonus

About the role

The Cath Lab RN provides direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, working under physician direction and adhering to Arizona nursing regulations. The role emphasizes compassionate, high‑quality care, patient safety, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based nursing care to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and readmissions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including biophysical, psychosocial and discharge planning needs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on assessed diagnoses.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (or Nursing Diploma) and a current Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• Minimum two years of RN experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or related acute‑care setting.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification required upon hire.
• Ability to obtain basic EKG competency within 30 days of hire.
