About the role

Join Sedano’s Supermarkets as a full‑time cashier on the afternoon shift, providing friendly and efficient service to shoppers in Orlando. You will be the front‑line representative of the store, ensuring smooth checkout experiences while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and address their needs promptly.
• Scan items or weigh produce accurately and operate the cash register.
• Accept all forms of payment, issue correct change, and keep the cash drawer balanced.
• Count cash at the start and end of each shift.
• Perform price checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Bag purchases, assist with cart loading, and return discarded items to shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness of the conveyor belt, scanner, and checkout area.
• Follow store policies, safety procedures, and report hazards immediately.
