Case Manager – Regions 7 & 8

About the role

Divinity Family Services is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to serve children in foster care across Regions 7 and 8. The role focuses on delivering trauma‑informed support using Trust‑Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and coordinating services with families, courts, schools and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly visits to foster homes to assess the child’s needs and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain supportive relationships with children, foster families, conservators and treatment teams.
• Serve as education liaison, attend ARD meetings and advocate for special services.
• Attend judicial hearings, document observations and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Service Plans, ensuring all parties are informed and involved.
• Coordinate health, dental and behavioral health appointments and track service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or a related field.
• Experience working with at‑risk families or children in foster care (paid or volunteer).
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to travel within a 150‑mile radius.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
