Caregiver

About the role

Brookdale is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide direct, respectful care to senior residents in our communities. You will help residents maintain independence while ensuring their safety and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support household tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and encourage social interaction.
• Recognize individual needs, treat each senior with dignity, and promote independence.
• Complete any state‑required training or certification as needed.

Required profile

• Strong desire to improve the lives of seniors and provide high‑quality care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain required certifications (e.g., CNA) where mandated by state regulations.
