Care Assistant – Night Shift (Full‑time)

About the role

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to work night shifts (33 hours per week) across two of its homes – The Gardens and Elmwood House – in Boston, East Midlands. You will support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing while delivering compassionate, person‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and assistance with meals.
• Support daily activities and promote independence for residents.
• Monitor and report any signs of abuse, neglect or safeguarding concerns.
• Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and follow care plans.
• Participate in mandatory safeguarding and other relevant training.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and able to work night shifts.
• Willingness to work across both care homes as required.
• Ability to recognise and act on safeguarding issues.
• Commitment to delivering care with dignity and respect.
