Campus Marketing Development Manager – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Hillel International is seeking a dynamic marketing and fundraising professional to lead campus‑level campaigns for a portfolio of Hillel sites. This six‑month contract will support the grassroots fundraising and marketing efforts that impact thousands of Jewish college students nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create, write, design and distribute digital and direct‑response fundraising campaigns across email, direct mail, texting, social media and web platforms.
• Develop annual fundraising and marketing calendars that include stewardship touchpoints, appeals, renewal messaging and newsletters.
• Optimize campaigns using data‑driven strategies such as A/B testing, personalization, audience targeting and industry trends.
• Analyze performance metrics, segment audiences in CRMs and provide web support for fundraising initiatives.
• Lead audience acquisition efforts (parents, alumni, donors) and manage key events like Giving Days and text campaigns.
• Partner with campus staff to ensure brand cohesion, compelling storytelling and high‑quality client service.
• Manage multiple timelines and concurrent projects across campus clients.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising or fundraising within the non‑profit sector.
• Proven success planning and executing multichannel digital campaigns.
• Excellent written communication paired with strong graphic‑design abilities.
• Mastery of data analysis, audience segmentation and experience with CRMs and email‑marketing platforms.
• Superior organizational skills and a client‑service mindset.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation and Jewish life.

What we offer

• Competitive salary $60,000–$65,000 per year, prorated for the six‑month term.
