Campaign Assistant (Internal Applicants Only)

About the role

This internal posting is for a part‑time Campaign Assistant who will help lead high‑profile campaigns for Manhattan Theatre Club and the New York Philharmonic. The role is based onsite in the DCM office and offers exposure to the performing‑arts scene.

Key responsibilities

• Run the call‑center room during shifts, handling attendance, lead distribution, coaching reps, and quality‑checking transactions.
• Step in for the Campaign Manager when needed, providing backup and support.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supporting the calling staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports in the CenterStage system.
• Ensure client transactions are accurate and on point.
• Overall, keep the shift running smoothly.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for talking to people.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and a fast learner.
• Tech‑savvy, able to pick up new systems and databases quickly.
• Natural leadership energy that others look to for guidance.
• Bonus if you have a theatre, artistic, or creative background.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay calm under deadlines.

What we offer
