Call Center (Lead Generation) Representative

About the role

As a Call Center (Lead Generation) Representative for Window Nation, you will contact potential customers by phone, qualify their interest, and schedule in‑home sales appointments for the sales team. The position includes paid training and offers a base hourly wage plus performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and engage prospects in friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs, qualify interest, and book in‑home sales appointments.
• Accurately enter and update prospect information in the company’s CRM system.
• Work toward individual and team lead and appointment targets.
• Handle common questions and objections while receiving coaching and support.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, hospitality, restaurant, call center, or telemarketing.
• Ability to reliably work the full posted onsite schedule in Fulton, MD.
• Clear verbal communication and comfort using a computer while on calls.
• Motivation to meet goals, dependability, and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry and management.
