About the role

The Protestant Infirmary is seeking a qualified Cadre de santé (Health Manager) to lead its internal medicine, oncology, and palliative care units during a temporary training absence. This full‑time, one‑year fixed‑term position focuses on ensuring high‑quality patient care while supporting multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate daily activities of the service.
• Manage and coach nursing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee staff scheduling and human‑resource matters for the department.
• Participate in institutional projects and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with medical and paramedical professionals.
• Provide holistic support to patients and their families.

Required profile

• Graduated Cadre de santé (health manager) with recognised organisational, relational and managerial abilities.
• Strong team spirit and ability to coordinate across disciplines.
• Proficiency with IT tools and familiarity with quality‑management processes in a care setting.
