C3BM Principal Integrator Analyst

About the role

Parsons seeks a talented C3BM Principal Integrator Analyst to join its Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering team. The role involves technical engineering and integration of C2BMC systems, future concepts, new functionality, and multinational exchange designs, as well as participation in reviews and assessments of engineering products and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide interoperability analysis and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration.
• Support C2BMC operations worldwide, interfacing with Combatant Commands and other program offices.
• Collaborate with joint, coalition, and international partners on multi‑TDL architectures, including Link 16, and tactical interface management.
• Integrate, deploy, and operate Cross‑Domain Solutions (CDS), one‑way transfer (OWT) technologies, and guard apparatuses for secure data flow across classification boundaries.
• Manage, track, and report on data owner policies, security classification guidance, and data‑sharing directives to ensure compliance with federal and defense information‑assurance standards.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain tactical track feeds and Common Tactical Pictures (CTP) to generate theater‑wide Common Operational Pictures (COP).
• Interface with Joint Interface Control Officers (JICO) and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to prioritize activities.

Required profile

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with MDA or DoW security‑boundary policies and processes.
• Knowledge of Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and C3BM program initiatives.
• Practical knowledge of joint and multi‑tactical data‑link networks (MTN) and associated protocols.
• Experience drafting, editing, and publishing technical documents.
• Experience navigating federal cross‑domain approval pipelines and security authorization processes.
