About the role

Infosys is seeking a C++ Developer to join its Engineering unit in Irving, Texas. The role is positioned as a Technology Consultant, focusing on designing, coding, and supporting software solutions that drive product‑centric value delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and contribute to the requirements elicitation process.
• Facilitate software design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop and integrate new features or updates while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, modify the codebase, and manage code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge sharing.
