About the role

Infosys is seeking a C++ Developer to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on delivering telecom OSS/BSS solutions using modern C/C++ development practices within an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user requirements and document stakeholder needs.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications, and create process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects to improve software performance.
• Support integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions within existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, providing prompt issue resolution and maintenance documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
