Business Unit Manager – A320 Engine & Storage

About the role

Airbus is looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead the Engine and Storage Work Package for the A320 family. You will be responsible for delivering a complete, certified Single Aisle Engine and Storage package that meets Airbus and international authority requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Engine and Storage Work Package on schedule, within quality standards and budget.
• Lead a functional team of six indirect staff members.
• Manage subcontracted and consulting budgets of €8 million for storage and €3 million for engine activities.
• Ensure operational excellence across all processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading cross‑functional teams in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
• Strong budget management skills with experience handling multi‑million‑euro projects.
• Ability to work with international authorities and ensure certification compliance.
