Business Systems Analyst - Enterprise Applications

About the role

Saronic Technologies is a leader in autonomous maritime solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Mission Systems organization. The role blends traditional business analysis with light Scrum Master duties, ensuring clear requirements, strong delivery execution, and effective cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Act as a delivery partner to product owners and delivery teams, managing scope, dependencies, assumptions, and integration touchpoints.
• Support Agile teams by facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain clear communication between business and technology teams, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack platform groups.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and potential blockers across integrated systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience on Agile or Scrum‑based projects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects involving Salesforce, MuleSoft, and/or Slack (no hands‑on configuration required).
