About the role

The winning candidate will be a motivated and analytical Project/Program Manager to join our team as a Business Operations & Strategy Project Manager. This role supports strategic planning, program management, and business analytics in a fast‑moving technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining an operating‑rhythm playbook for a growing organization.
• Support program management for key meetings, forums, and technical projects.
• Prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and scorecards to increase performance visibility.
• Use data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to deliver business insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to project deliverables while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate initiative.
