About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Business Management V – Customer Focal to provide technical and operational support aligned with customer needs and business priorities. This mid‑to‑senior position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of product strategy and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Customer Focal Head and act as the primary technical liaison for customers.
• Coordinate internal activities, manage customer requests, and resolve cross‑functional dependencies.
• Track build plans and revenue performance, identifying gaps and mitigation actions.
• Drive high‑priority initiatives through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Prepare accurate content and data for internal meetings and reviews.

Required profile

• Mid to senior‑level experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with hands‑on knowledge of fabrication processes.
• Strong understanding of Applied Materials’ business processes, product strategy, and operational workflows.
• Ability to manage internal customers and align stakeholders across functions.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with Applied Materials product functionality and system operations.
