Business Immigration Paralegal (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join our growing practice remotely. The role focuses on end‑to‑end preparation of USCIS petition packages for a variety of business visa categories.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete USCIS petition packages independently from start to finish.
• Conduct client intake, screen information, and gather documents for attorney review.
• Draft petition letters, support letters, cover letters, and exhibit lists.
• Perform legal research and collect supporting evidence for petitions.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and obtain required documentation.
• Track deadlines and manage multiple active files simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate case records in the firm’s case management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years hands‑on U.S. business immigration experience (strict requirement).
• Law degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent).
• Full professional fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Availability to work California business hours (8 AM–4 PM PT).
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with case management software (preferred).
