Business Development Representative – New York

About the role

Allium is seeking a Business Development Representative to help expand its presence in the New York market. You will promote Allium’s on‑chain finance data platform to financial institutions, fintechs, and other enterprise customers, translating complex blockchain data capabilities into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients in the finance, accounting, and risk management sectors.
• Conduct product demos and presentations that showcase Allium’s standardized, audit‑grade blockchain data.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align customer feedback with roadmap priorities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate pipeline reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or data‑intensive industries.
• Strong understanding of on‑chain finance concepts such as stablecoins, tokenized assets, and decentralized trading.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑growing startup environment.
