About the role
RIB is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its customer base within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales teams to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Make 50‑65 outbound calls daily to qualify leads and schedule appointments for three sales teams.
- Achieve monthly KPIs set by the BSD Management Team, including appointment setting and lead generation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets defined by management.
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and apply sales strategies that enhance market positioning.
- Record all sales activities accurately in Salesforce.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to schedules.
- Hands‑on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
