Business Development Manager – Aerospace Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our aerospace logistics division. You will identify new opportunities, manage tenders and proposals, and build long‑term relationships with customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business across the aerospace logistics value chain.
• Collaborate with operations, control‑tower and tender teams to design customer‑specific logistics solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline status and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional growth targets.
• Lead onboarding, SOP development and proposal submission for new customers.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to support service innovation.
