Business Development Executive – Cold Outreach

About the role

VIDIZMO is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive cold outreach and lead generation for US‑based prospects. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound calls, AI‑assisted conversations, and scheduling demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to US prospects and initiate outbound conversations.
• Use AI‑guided tools to prepare for calls, handle objections, and keep dialogues natural.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, targeted email sequences, and CRM prospecting.
• Qualify leads, perform initial discovery, and book product demos.
• Follow up consistently via phone and email to advance prospects through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring clean data and clear next steps.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and meeting bookings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication, clear and confident on calls.
• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, business development, SDR or inside sales.
• Willingness to work US night‑shift hours (6 PM – 3 AM).
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet professional environment for remote work.
• Legal authorization to work in the region of employment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and outreach platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, Apollo).
• Ability to adapt AI‑suggested talk tracks into natural conversation.
