Business Analytics Specialist I

About the role

The Business Analytics Specialist supports the Accounts Payable and Card Services department by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, performing audits, reconciliations, and providing general support for accounts payable and card services.

Key responsibilities

• Audit financial transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collect and maintain data from various expenditure platforms and perform financial reconciliations.
• Provide general accounts payable and card services support, collaborating with departmental staff.
• Prepare and assist in departmental reporting requirements related to federal and state regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year of experience in a related role.
