Business Analyst II – Salesforce Focus

About the role

The Business Analyst II will partner with business units to drive technology projects that deliver measurable value. You will focus on gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, and supporting Salesforce‑based solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and elicitation sessions to capture needs.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and comprehensive documentation.
• Document and analyze "as‑is" and "to‑be" business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and solution implementation for Salesforce enhancements.

Required profile

• 1+ years of Business Analyst experience in an IT environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering and testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
