Business Analyst for Jewelry Brand Digital Platforms

About the role

Sprinterra is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a fast‑moving, long‑term project for a renowned jewelry brand based in New York City. The role focuses on two interconnected digital systems – a customer‑facing eCommerce website and a custom internal ERP solution – and requires close collaboration with business owners, client stakeholders, and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for both the eCommerce platform and the ERP system.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and high‑quality delivery.
• Manage continuous enhancements, redesigns and integration improvements across the two systems.
• Prioritise evolving requirements and adapt to shifting project priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or eCommerce environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP functionalities such as inventory, appointments and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with business owners, clients and technical teams.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting where requirements evolve.
