Business Analyst – Clinical (Life Sciences)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst with a clinical focus to join its Life Sciences unit in Raritan, NJ. You will work on digital solutions that improve operational efficiency for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, leveraging AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and recommend optimization aligned with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and align solution performance with domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations, and draft SOPs and workflows.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address integration issues, and support post‑implementation stability.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative spirit.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience creating detailed process maps and technical documentation.
• Proactive approach to benchmarking and product research.
• Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.

Required skills

• End‑to‑end clinical trial management process knowledge.
• Experience with clinical data management applications (e.g., OC, RDC, TMS).
• Clinical reporting experience (internal, FDA) from study start to closeout.
• Understanding of Clinical Data Warehouse concepts.
• Experience in Computer Systems Validation activities.
