Brokerage Operations Manager

About the role

The Brokerage Operations Manager will own day‑to‑day operations for Savvy’s broker‑dealer, ensuring seamless execution, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. This position sits at the center of operational workflows from trade setup through settlement and will scale with increasing trade volume.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run end‑to‑end operational workflows across the brokerage lifecycle, including post‑trade monitoring, error investigation, and corporate action communications.
• Design and manage account and cashiering processes such as client money movement, deposit handling, and anomaly detection.
• Support Legal & Compliance with FINRA and audit requests, preparing client complaint reports and exploring AI‑driven reporting tools.
• Identify and deploy AI and automation tools to improve reconciliation, exception detection, and error‑resolution efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or fintech startups.
• High attention to detail and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong process orientation with ability to create SOPs and controls from scratch.
• Proven ability to partner across Investment Operations, Compliance/Legal, and Product/Engineering teams.
• Experience using AI/automation tools to reduce manual reconciliation work.
