About the role
This 10‑week internship provides hands‑on exposure to brewery and manufacturing operations at a leading U.S. brewer. Interns work on real projects that drive process improvements and report directly to senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead assigned project(s) focused on process improvement and present results to Supply leadership.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques to achieve project goals.
- Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to understand full process scope.
- Build relationships with operators and technicians to support project execution.
Required profile
- Current university student with a GPA of 3.0 + (all majors accepted).
- Willingness to work flexible rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
- Physical ability to navigate catwalks, stand for long periods and work in extreme temperatures.
- Geographical and functional mobility to experience different locations across the U.S.

- $26 per hour
