Brewery & Manufacturing Co-Op

About the role

This 6‑month co‑op gives students hands‑on exposure to brewery and metal container operations at a leading beverage company. You will rotate through different functions, work on real projects, and develop a 360° view of the supply business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects that drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians and cross‑functional teams to gather data and implement solutions.
• Work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, to understand full‑scope operations.
• Present final project results to senior Zone leadership upon completion.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate with a GPA of 3.0 + (any major accepted).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and overtime in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Ability to navigate elevated catwalks, stand for long periods and work in extreme temperatures.
• Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities and strong analytical mindset.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $26 per hour.
• Housing and travel stipends based on eligibility.
